The IBM Assessment & Roadmap Tool (ART) is a work-based Impact Guide utilizing Flex, Flash, Java, Cold Fusion, Media Server,and DB2. The ART is a gap analysis application to help clients understand and articulate their organization's current and desired state of technological maturity. As well, the tool will generate qualified opportunities for infrastructure and software solutions.  
 The ART recommends specific projects or initiatives (groups of projects) which, if implemented, move the client closer to a more flexible, responsive and secure IT operating environment.
theREDspace does all the development, programming, testing, deploying, maintenance and updates, as well as taking ideas and requirement documents to deliver increased functionality to the ever evolving ART tool.  The project itself is ongoing, with no end-date as it is an ever changing development process with new data and applications needing to be added to it on a consistent basis.
