The purpose of this project was to create a highly configurable widget framework that can be quickly customized and deployed across brand sites, blogs, verticals and event pages. Thus, this standard "white-label" widget can be branded and configured entirely differently for each deployment, simply by adjusting a configuration XML file.

Aside from the framework, a set of configurable widgets were developed. Examples of configurable widgets are Countdown, PhotoViewer, RSS reader, Video player, Sponsor Display, etc.

The framework and the individual widgets are designed using PureMVC and Flex best practices in such a way that provides extensive flexibility, configurability, and extendibility.
